Suzanne & Paul celebrated their winter wonderland ceremony in Bolton, VT. Growing up in Vermont, Paul knew he wanted to get married in VT & it didn't take much to convince outdoorsy Suzanne that snowy Bolton was the perfect location.

The color palette featured light blue & dark blue, with snowflakes influencing the decor. Hundreds of snowflakes hung from the ceiling to bring the snowy outdoors in. An old chair-lift was brought in & fit perfectly with the winter theme. The "snowflake" girl threw snowflake confetti instead of flower petals - very fitting!

Having a fire cauldron outside kept Suzanne & Paul warm & cozy during the ceremony. Each of the couple's parents placed a log on the fire as they said a word of blessing for their new lives together. Suzanne & Paul followed by each placing a log on the fire to symbolize their two lives becoming one.

Suzanne & Paul's advice: "Take a moment to remove yourselves from your own wedding. Go sit on a couch or sit in the corner & share a drink & soak it all in - the night truly flies by. I wish we had sat on the couch & put our heels up for 5 minutes..."
