The Inn at the Round Barn Farm, a hidden gem in Waitsfield, Vermont was the obvious choice for Audra & Steve's fall wedding. After the couple graduated from UVM, they would spend their weekends exploring Vermont. They stumbled across this historic bed & breakfast with captivating views of the mountains & knew that it would be the ideal place to share their beautiful day.

The couple had instant chemistry when they met while working at UVM's Academic Support Center. Their friendship which was grounded in good natured joking & laughter, soon blossomed into romance. Every year Audra & Steve would plan something special to do for Audra's birthday which conveniently falls two days before Valentine's Day. Being the true romantic that he is, Steve whisked her away to Castle Hill Inn in Newport, Rhode Island where he had planned an entire weekend of fun New England activities such as ice skating for the first time & a private helicopter ride to view the gorgeous Newport mansions & lighthouses. One evening as they returned to their room, Steve had planned to have the room ready with flowers, champagne, strawberries & chocolates. Oh & a simply amazing engagement ring.

The actual wedding was rustic, autumnal & romantic. The couple knew the fall foliage would be the perfect setting for their day & chose to feature the best of the season such as pumpkins, gourds & apples- all of which the guests could take home with them.

Audra & Steve's advice: "Get crafty! We relied on Etsy for our invitations & we managed to create some unique details on our own. We found that we truly enjoyed coming together to create something tangible as a couple for our family & friends to enjoy."
