Her kitchen boasts numerous types of flavors to explore: Sour Cherry, Candied Orange with Chocolate, Fresh Mint with Local Honey, Sugar Pumpkin and the ever-so-popular Organic Lavender. Featured within the Cakery at the recent Vermont Wedding Affair, the Almond Crunch Cakes were unique and beautiful. She also makes smaller versions of her cakes that would be perfect for wedding favor, gift bags—and they can come monogrammed too!
