The royal wedding is upon us! For all of you watching from home (at a nice early hour - hopefully with a mimosa in hand!) we hope you have a fabulous time. To commemorate the occasion, we thought it would be appropriate to share some images from one of our favorite weddings this past summer - Alicia and Shez's Cape Cod soiree. Alicia and Shez are both Londoners and though their celebration took place in the States, they definitely managed to evoke a certain sense of English style (including some very delicious traditional English trifle).

We adore the rustic/chic decor that Jillian and Kevin created at their Bolton Valley wedding this past fall. The rich chocolate tones found throughout the event acknowledged the season and added a sense of cozy warmth. Plus, the quirky addition of a moose head really can't be beat. We love it!

Sasha and Sam's August wedding in Asticou, Maine certainly made use of bright, vibrant, and totally fun colors - many of them represented within the over 100 dahlias at the event. We love when couples who choose to have a seaside wedding go with bold colors, as the beauty of the ocean just seems to magnify the gorgeousness. Absolutely stunning!

VT_Sweet.jpg

Gone are the days in which a standard wedding cake was the only way to please your guests' sweet tooth at your wedding. Today, there are lots of different options when it comes to wedding day desserts - and only a fraction of them involve fondant.

It's spring (finally!) and we just have to celebrate with a wedding full of poppy and punchy colors. Tena and Simon made use of vibrant teal and lime green to make their wedding truly stand out. We love this color scheme for spring time - but summer or even fall (with slight variations, perhaps) would work, as well.

Tipped_Cow_Cookies.jpg

Tipped Cow Cookies are always homemade - and truly a fabulous taste of Vermont. Each sweet treat is made daily, using fresh, never frozen, dough. Rich ingredients make the cookies utterly delectable - real butter, sugar, and decadent chocolate. For brides looking to provide their guests with a cookie that sets the standard for indulgence, this is just the place.

How quintessentially Vermont is this adorable shot? We love the bride and groom's images peeking through the covered bride - how sweet!
